CANYON CREEK is one of Northwest Austin's finest family neighborhoods. It's tree lined streets and rolling hills provide a quality lifestyle for approximately 1300 families. The neighborhood was developed in the mid 1980's.

Canyon Creek has two parks. The Homeowners Park and The Trailhead Park...plus hike and bike trails. There are tennis courts, basket ball courts, Junior Olympic pool, playscapes, soccer and baseball fields, covered swings, a pavilion, and plenty of picnic sites.  In the middle of Canyon Creek is one of Austin's finest schools...Canyon Creek Elementary. The subdivision is split into two school districts. Round Rock Independent School District and Leander Independent School District , both of which provide top notch education for the youths of Canyon Creek.

I have personally been involved in the development, design, marketing, and sale of approximately one third of Canyon Creek's homes since the neighborhood opened.
